Coconut Vietnamese fermented glutinous rice smoothie | Dừa cơm rượu đá xay

Vietnamese fermented glutinous rice, known as "cơm rượu," is a traditional dish of Vietnam consisting of white water with small, soft, fermented glutinous rice balls. Coconut Vietnamese fermented glutinous rice smoothie is a combination of the sweetness of fresh coconut and the distinctive flavor of fermented glutinous rice, creating a unique and enticing taste.
- 100 g young coconut meat
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 100 ml fermented glutinous rice water
- 100 ml coconut juice
- 1 fermented glutinous rice ball
- Add fermented glutinous rice water, coconut juice, 100g of young coconut meat, sugar syrup, and 100g of ice into a blender, blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, and add a fermented glutinous rice ball on top.
