Longan tea is a delicate blend of the distinctive flavor of green tea, the sweetness of longan, and a hint of sourness from lime juice. Each sip of this tea is refreshing, pleasant, and invigorating, making it a perfect choice to enjoy on hot sunny days
- 300 g longan
- 30 ml sugar syrup
- 10 g green tea leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Put the tea leaves into a glass, add 100ml boiling water and steep for 15 minutes.
- Peel the longans and remove the seeds.
- Put half of the longans into the glass, add 30ml sugar syrup, crush the longans, then add 50ml green tea, lime juice, and ice. Cover and shake well.
- Pour the tea into a glass, add the remaining longans on top.
