Thai-style mixed instant noodles bring the rich flavor of instant noodles, complemented by the freshness of shrimp and the aromatic scent of Vietnamese sausage. The noodles are combined with shallots, baby tomatoes, and a sweet-sour tamarind sauce, creating a unique, delicious, and enticing mixture. This is an ideal choice for a meal with wonderful aroma and great appeal.

  • Clean the shrimp, peel, leaving the tails intact, devein, and remove the intestinal tract.
  • Boil water in a pot, once boiling, add 2 packs of instant noodles, cook until soft, then remove. Cook the shrimp in the boiling water until done.
  • Peel and thinly slice 2 shallots.
  • Cut the Vietnamese sausage into triangular pieces and thinly slice.
  • Slice 1 kumquat
  • Soak 30g of tamarind in 70ml hot water, then strain to get tamarind juice.
  • Crush garlic and chili peppers in a bowl, add baby tomatoes and gently crush. Add fish sauce, palm sugar, tamarind juice, mix well. Add cooked noodles, sliced sausage, shrimp, shallots, squeeze half of the persimmon, and chopped cilantro. Mix well and transfer to a serving bowl.
