Shrimp-stuffed fried dough sticks are a unique dish, featuring delicious shrimp wrapped inside crispy fried dough. Each piece of dough is carefully prepared, combined with mayonnaise sauce and fresh pineapple to create a distinctive and appealing flavor. A light yet nutritious dish, suitable for enjoying at any time of the day.
- 200 g shrimp
- 4 fried dough sticks
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise sauce
- 1/3 pineapple
- 1 tsp seasoning powder
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- coriander
- scallion
- Clean the shrimp, peel and devein, then finely chop. Place the chopped shrimp in a bowl, add finely chopped spring onions, 1 tsp seasoning powder, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, mix well, and transfer to a piping bag.
- Cut the fried dough sticks into segments about 2 finger-widths long, pipe the shrimp filling into the middle of each segment, repeat until all are filled. Place the stuffed dough sticks in an oil-free frying pan, fry at 170°C for 7 minutes.
- Once the dough sticks are golden and crispy, remove them from the pan, place them in a bowl, add sliced pineapple, 2 tsp mayonnaise sauce, some chopped cilantro, mix well. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
