Sugarcane juice with salted lemon is a unique combination of the sweetness of sugarcane, the tanginess of lemon, and the saltiness of salted plum powder. With its refreshing and distinctive flavor, this drink is a perfect choice to quench your thirst on hot sunny days.
- Put 1 salted lemon into a shaker, add persimmon pulp and crush thoroughly. Then add ice, sugarcane juice to the shaker, cover and shake well.
- Rub the rim of the glass with persimmon, dip the rim into salted dry apricot power, add ice cubes, then pour the sugarcane juice mixture from the shaker into the glass to serve.
