The Green Sticky Rice Patties are crispy on the outside, glutinous on the inside with the green sticky rice. Very fragrant and delicious. Can be served as a snack or serve as a topping on a bún đậu mắm tôm tray.

  • Combine the green sticky rice with the beaten egg. Mix well and leave to sit for about 10mins.
  • In the large mixing bowl: Combine the minced pork, pork paste, the green sticky rice and egg mixture. Season with some stock powder, pepper, cornstarch and minced garlic. Put on gloves and mix well.
  • When it all comes together, divide and shape into patties. Place on a greased plate and refrigerate for about 1hr then steam for about 15mins, so the green sticky rice can bloom well.
  • Pat dry and pan fry until golden brown on both sides.
