  • Pork skin preparation: Rub carefully the pork skin with salt, then wash and boil. After that, soak them in a bowl of ice water for about 1-2 minutes and slice thinly.
  • Mix ground pork, pork paste, minced onion and garlic in a bowl, seasoning. Mix well by hand and then blend it.
  • Get the pork stick into roll or circle shape as you prefer. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  • Mix flour with water and stir well. Dip the fermented pork roll in wet flour then the breadcrumbs. Deep fry in oil. Finally, serve with chilli sauce and sliced cucumber.
