Fried Vietnamese Fermented Pork Roll is a favorite dish of many people. Let try this easy and delicious recipe for snacks or weekend menu.

- 300 gr pork minced
- 100 gr Vietnamese pork pate
- 100 gr pork skin
- 20 gr chopped spring onion to garnish minced
- 2 tbsp tapioca starch
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- bread crumbs
- cucumber
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp broth mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Pork skin preparation: Rub carefully the pork skin with salt, then wash and boil. After that, soak them in a bowl of ice water for about 1-2 minutes and slice thinly.
- Mix ground pork, pork paste, minced onion and garlic in a bowl, seasoning. Mix well by hand and then blend it.
- Get the pork stick into roll or circle shape as you prefer. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Mix flour with water and stir well. Dip the fermented pork roll in wet flour then the breadcrumbs. Deep fry in oil. Finally, serve with chilli sauce and sliced cucumber.
