It's an incrediblely juicy and tasty dish of pork chop, glazed with a sweet, sour and savory sauce. This dish will drive pork chop fans crazy! It's just a piece of cake to make this dish. It goes great with a bowl of hot steamed rice.

  • Soak the tamarind in half a cup of hot water. Crush well then let the mixture go through a sift.
  • Combine 2tbsp of minced garlic with cooking wine. Mix well them compress to extract the garlic juice.
