Milk tea or bubble tea has become a global craze, but is most popular in Asia, and Vietnam is not an exception. Here I use Black tea, but can choose between Oolong tea, Black tea and Iron Goddess Tea to make this.
- Cuisine: Vietnam
- Course Drink
- Skill Level: Child Friendly
- 20 g black tea
- 300 ml water boiling
- 50 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 70 g sugar
- 80 g whipping cream
- 1 pinch salt
- Brew black tea with boiling water for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Strain and add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, whipping cream and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
- Add the boba pearls to the glass, top with ice and pour in the milk tea. Voila!
