Ingredients
Instructions
  • In a bowl, combine matcha powder, glutinous rice flour, and tapioca starch. Add 5 tbsp sugar and 250ml water, mix well until the mixture is smooth. Heat a pan over low heat, pour the mixture into the pan, and stir constantly until it thickens. Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
  • Prepare a bowl of ice water. Squeeze out small portions of the mixture onto a spoon with a round mold, then drop them into the bowl of ice water to form small mochi balls.
  • In a pot, combine coconut milk, coconut water, fresh milk, 4 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt, coconut flesh (cut into small pieces), and pandan leaves. Cook over low heat until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
  • Serve the mochi balls in a bowl, pour coconut milk over them, and garnish with shredded coconut and toasted sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
