- 1/2 ear sweet corn
- 1/3 a carrot
- 1/3 a onion
- 70 gr jicama
- green onions
- 1 tbsp shallot minced
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp stock powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp tamarind juice
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp fresh chilli minced
- peanut
- To dice onions, carrots, and jicamas.
- Add minced shallots to the pan, sauté until fragrant, add meat and stir-fry until cooked, then add corn, jicamas, carrots, onions, green onions, along with seasoning: 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp stock powder, and stir-fry for about 6-8 minutes until vegetables are cooked and infused with flavors.
