I am so excited to share this recipe with you, especially with those who love durian, the king fruit of Southeast Asia. It is also a delicious dessert in Vietnam. If you don't like durian, you can replace with strawberry or mango.

- For the sponge cake
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp milk (or water)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Lime juice
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- For the durian mousse
- 400 g durian
- 200 ml milk
- 15 g gelatin powder
- 250 ml whipping cream
