  • Add 50g rice and 750ml boiling water and a piece of kelp into a vacuum-insulated jar. Stir well. Cover the lid and leave overnight.
  • After 8 hours, open the jar and remove the kelp. Transfer to a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add salmon and season to taste.
  • Top with some tororo kombu and sesame oil.
