- 50 g rice washed and drained
- 5 g dried kelp
- 1 can salmon flakes
- shaved kelp
- sesame oil
- Add 50g rice and 750ml boiling water and a piece of kelp into a vacuum-insulated jar. Stir well. Cover the lid and leave overnight.
- After 8 hours, open the jar and remove the kelp. Transfer to a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add salmon and season to taste.
- Top with some tororo kombu and sesame oil.
