If you are looking for ideas for a tea party or simply a healthy, easy-to-make snack for a movie night ai home, I have a great idea for you! This Australian Grape & Cheese Canape is a little interesting surprise for someone special. Let's get started.
- Cuisine: Mediterrarean
- Course Appetizer
- Skill Level: Easy
- 20 fresh grapes cut in half
- 2 cube cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pc fresh coconut
- 10 pcs mung bean spring roll wrappers
- Fold the rice paper in a half, roll into a funnel and use some egg white to glue edge. Fry to shape cone shells.
- Dice the cheese and coconut meat. Then in a bowl, mix the grapes with cheese and coconut meat. Add mayonnaise sauce and pepper, salt. Mix well.
- Place the cone shells on a small wine glasses then slightly transfer the cheese grape salad in. Sprinkle some roasted black sesame seeds. Grapes with a slightly sour taste when served with the fat of cheese will be a great combination. You can also roll up the cheese slices, then skewer into sticks with grapes to display like this. This kind of canape is very suitable for light dinners.
