  • Clean the pork lard, cut into small pieces. Heat a pan, wait until hot, then add the pork lard and fry until golden and crispy. Remove the pork lard, then add the minced garlic to the pan and fry until golden, then remove and drain excess oil.
  • In the pan, add 7g of butter, and sear both sides of the mantis shrimp until slightly golden, then remove.
  • Pluck the water spinach leaves. In the same pan, add the remaining butter, fish sauce, water, sugar, seasoning powder, toasted sesame seeds, and chopped chili. Stir well and cook until the mixture slightly thickens, then add the water spinach to stir-fry. Afterward, add the mantis shrimp, stir-fry over high heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
  • Transfer to a serving plate, top with fried pork lard and garlic, then serve.
