Thai style salad with canned sardine is a salad packed with spicy, sour and savory flavors with fragrance from lemongrass and lime leaves very typical to Thai cuisine.

Instructions
  • Very thinly slice the lemongrass shallots and chilies. Cut the lime leaves into verified threads.
  • In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tbsp fish sauce. Stir until dissolved.
  • Add the lemongrass, shallots, chili slices and lime leaves.
  • Arrange the lettuce on a plate, open one can of sardine in tomato sauce, pour on top. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce
