Green chili stuffed fish cake | Ram chả cá nhồi ớt xanh

The freshness of fish, the spiciness of green chili, and the aromatic blend of spices. Stuffed green chili fish cakes create a delicious, flavorful, and unique dish.
- Hà Tĩnh rice paper
- 10 green chili peppers
- 100 g fish paste
- 50 g mozzarella cut into 2-3cm long pieces
- 1 tbsp minced shallots
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp seasoning powder
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Mix the fish paste with 1 teaspoon minced shallots, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, and 1 teaspoon cooking oil. Knead and pound the mixture in a bowl for 20 times.
- Rinse the green chili peppers, use a sharp knife to cut a straight line from the top to the bottom of each pepper, remove the seeds inside.
- Stuff the fish paste into the green chili peppers, add mozzarella cheese in the middle. Place a rice paper on the cutting board, wet the rice paper, then roll the stuffed chili pepper inside.
- Heat oil in a pan, deep-fry the rolls until golden and crispy.
