  • Mix the fish paste with 1 teaspoon minced shallots, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, and 1 teaspoon cooking oil. Knead and pound the mixture in a bowl for 20 times.
  • Rinse the green chili peppers, use a sharp knife to cut a straight line from the top to the bottom of each pepper, remove the seeds inside.
  • Stuff the fish paste into the green chili peppers, add mozzarella cheese in the middle. Place a rice paper on the cutting board, wet the rice paper, then roll the stuffed chili pepper inside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep-fry the rolls until golden and crispy.
