  • Soak peanuts in water for about 3-4 hours until soft, then drain and crush them.
  • Discard the stems of Star gooseberry leaves, wash the leaves thoroughly, and then rub them with hands to soften the leaves.
  • Sauté shallots in a pot until fragrant, add peanuts and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, then season with vegetarian broth powder, salt, and sugar. Next, add 500ml of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the Star gooseberry leaves and cook for about 7 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Then, turn off the heat.
