- Spread the seaweed leaf onto the cutting board wrapped with a layer of food wrap. Put half a cup of rice in the middle and spread evenly. To make the rice taste better, sprinkle a little rice mix seaweed on. then fold the lettuce leave in half and place on, then continue with 1 slice of Vietnamese beef sausage or pork ham, 2 slices of tomatoes. Fold the omelet into a square shape and place on, add pickles, cucumber, pork floss and topped with the remaining half of cup of rice.
- Then fold the 4 corners of the seaweed leaf in and grab all the edges together. Grasp the food wrap and squeeze your hands to make the seaweed leaf stick to the rice.
- Dab some sesame oil on the knife to keep it from sticking, then cut it in half and serve.
