Nước cốt dừa - Coconut dip/topping

    • In a small sauce pan, combine coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Stir well and bring to a boil. Lower to medium heat. Add pandan leaf or vanilla.
    • Mix 1 tbsp tapioca starch with 3 tbsp water until dissolved. Add in the sauce pan slowly while stirring. Bring to a boil again under medium heat.
    • The sauce gets thicker when it cools down. Serve as dipping sauce / topping for desserts such as cow cake, steamed banana cake, puddings sweet drinks etc.
