If you are a Vietnamese street food fan, you must have tried these baked quail eggs with various toppings in cute little triangle shape. If this special pan is not available, you can use a mini-cupcake pan and bake in the oven instead.
- 30 pcs quail eggs
- 50 g beef jerky shredded
- 20 g pork floss
- 20 g dried mini shrimps
- 100 g spam or pate
- 80 g butter
- 2 pcs sausages sliced
- 3 green onion minced
- cheese
- Heat the mold and grease with butter
- Crack 2 quail eggs for each hole.
- Add the chopped spam or pate and other toppings of your choice such as sausages, dried mini shrimps, cheese, some green onion and pork floss.
- Cover the lid and fry until golden brown. It’s gonna taste so good with some sweet hot sauce.
