MINI TRIANGLE QUAIL EGG CUPCAKE

This mini triangle cupcake with cheese and quail eggs is a great choice for those who are looking for a nutritious yet not-too-filling snack between meals.
- 80 g all-purpose flour
- 70 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 80 ml milk
- 80 ml butter melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 12 pcs quail eggs
- 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese
- Crack the egg in one large bowl. Add the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
- Sift in the flour and mix until homogeneous.
- Grease the mold with butter.
- Fill the mold half-full with the batter. Then top with one quail egg or some mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and bake for about five minutes, and then flip the cakes and bake for 1-2 minutes till done.
- When it's golden brown on both sides, you can serve it immediately.
