  • Cut bananas into ½ inch pieces.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat until bubbly, then add cinnamon powder, and honey. Stir till combined.
  • Add the banana slices and cook for 1-2 minutes per side till caramelized and golden brown.
  • Serve immediately over ice cream, or greek yogurt for a healthier option. Dusted with some more cinnamon powder for garnish.
