  • Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat, add a can of stew pork and cook for about 2 minutes. Season with some salt and pepper.
  • Make some room and crack in 2 eggs, simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the egg white is cooked completely.
  • Garnish with some chopped green onions and pepper on top.
  • Serve with a piece of baguette, such a simple and easy breakfast that you can prepare in less than 10 minutes. The egg absorbs the juice from the pork and becomes really tasty.
