The 7-layer Salad combined with attractive aromatic mayonnaise and the freshness of green vegetables not only helps to cleanse your taste buds after the protein-rich main course, but also provides balance nutritions and diverse flavors to your party.

  • Prepare separately shredded cabbage, sliced lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber, and chopped onion.
  • Hard boil the eggs for 11-13 mins.
  • Fry the bacon until golden crispy.
  • In a bowl, combine Heinz Light mayonnaise with minced onion, minced pickled baby cucumber, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and cilantro.
  • Arrange the veggies in the glass bowl into 6 layers corresponding to 6 types of vegetables. Then drizzle the salad dressing on top to make the 7th layer, top with crispy bacon and the super attractive 7-layer salad is complete!
