A lovely snack with quail eggs that you can make for your kids.

Instructions
  • Season the ground pork with stock powder and pepper. Mix well and leave to sit for about 15 minutes.
  • Pinch a tablespoon amount of the pork, press to flatten into a disk, place the boiled quail egg into the center, and shape into a meatball. Repeat till finish.
  • Roll the meatball over some tempura flour then drop into the beaten egg and roll over the breadcrumbs.
  • In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil to 165 degree C. Deep fry the meatballs until golden brown.
  • Remove and place on paper towel to drain off the excess oil.
  • Serve as a snack or appetizer.
