  • To make the batter, in a large bowl, combine rice flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp scallion oil with 800ml-1l of warm water. Cover the batter and let it sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Heat the non-stick pan, grease the pan with some cooking oil, and wipe the pan dry.
  • When the pan is hot, ladle some batter into the pan and swirl in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly. Cover and cook (steam) for 30-45 seconds.
  • The rice sheet turns translucent, it is cooked. Flip the pan to transfer the rice sheet over onto a greased plate.
  • Place the filling on top the rice sheet and roll it up. Repeat until finish.
