A delightful summer treat delivers the taste of tropical paradise that melts in your mouth.
- Zest the lime and the kumquat
- Juice the lime and the kumquat. Remove the seeds
- Mix in milk and condensed milk.
- Add sugar and a pinch of salt
- Mix well
- Add crushed ice
- Pour in a glass
Notes: Only zest the green peel (not the white part) otherwise the drink will be bitter.
