- Skill Level: Beginner
- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, finely chopped woody mushrooms, season with some stock, powder, salt, sugar, pepper and mix well. Set aside for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cut spring roll wrappers into square pieces.
- Place a scoop of the fillings into the center. Folding the opposite corners, then fold the opposite corners in a zigzag motion to form the bat's wings.
- Heat vegetable oils until bubbles appear around the chopstick, about 175 degrees celsius, and deep fry the bad spring rolls until golden brown.
- Remove and leave to cool, then also use mayonnaise and pepper to make the eyes for the bats.
