If you want something different from traditional milk tea, why not try butterfly pea? This butterfly pea boba tea is refreshing, and tastes as good as it looks.
- 10 butterfly pea flowers
- 150 ml milk
- 50 ml whipping cream
- 4 tsp sweetened condensed milk
- Soak butterfly pea flowers in 200ml of water for about 10 minutes, you will get the tea with really beautiful blue color.
- Pour milk, whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk into a glass of ice. Mix well.
- Pour in the blue tea to get that ombré effect.
