Seaweed drink - Sâm rong biển

  • Soak the seaweed for 5 minutes. Rinse several times with cold water to clean the sand.
  • Put all ingredients (except elkhorn sea moss) into a pot with 1 liter water and rock sugar Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool. Strain out the leftovers. Transfer into bottles and store in refrigerator. Serve chilled with elkhorn sea moss.
