Seaweed drink - Sâm rong biển

Ingredients
- 10 g seaweed
- 1 l water
- 5 g rehmania
- 2 g goji wolfberries
- 40 g rock sugar
- 5 g elkhorn sea moss
Instructions
- Soak the seaweed for 5 minutes. Rinse several times with cold water to clean the sand.
- Put all ingredients (except elkhorn sea moss) into a pot with 1 liter water and rock sugar Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
- Let cool. Strain out the leftovers. Transfer into bottles and store in refrigerator. Serve chilled with elkhorn sea moss.
