Purple sweet potato and almond milk - Sữa hạnh nhân và khoai lang Tím

  • Yield: 10 Servings

  • Soak Almonds overnight or boil for 10 minutes and peel.
  • Peel the purple sweet Potato and cut into cubes and then steam. Put in a blender and blend well. Transfer into a pot.
  • Add rock sugar , a pinch of salt, and pandan leaves for aroma with water . Boil. Turn off the heat to cool and close to the bottle.
