Pandan & mungbean milk - Sữa đậu xanh lá dứa

  • Soak mung bean in water for 4 -8h until soft . Slice pandan leaves cut into thin strips.
  • Put in blender with water and blend well. Strain out the liquid. Transfer into a pot, add sugar & a pinch salt then bring to boil.
  • Mung bean is a remedy food with the effect of cooling body heat, detoxifying, eliminating troubles, eliminating blood fat, lowering blood pressure and preventing obesity, very effective to improve health, prevent and treat diseases.
