Egg and Cheese Sandwich - Sandwich Thịt Nguội, Cheddar và Trứng Chiên - Watch how to make it on Youtube
- 6 pcs cheddar cheese
- 4 pcs ham
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 spring onion
- 12 slices sandwich bread
- 1 tomato
- Crack the eggs in a bowl. Season with salt pepper. Add some chopped scallion. Beat well.
- Heat butter in a pan and pour in the egg mixture. Add two slices of trimmed sandwich bread and quickly flip to coat the bread with the egg mixture.
- Flip the omelet over.
- Place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on top. Fold in the sides. Add 2 slices of tomato and fold in half so that the bread stay on top of each other. Cut in half to reveal the fillings.
