Chamomile is used to help calm , relieve stress & ease sleep

  • Soak 20g chamomile (Dried daisies) in water for 15 minutes for blooming. Wash thoroughly. Put in a pot 1 liter of purified water and 10 pandan leaves and bring to boil for 15 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and add 10 additional blue peas and leave for 5 minutes. Strain out the leftovers. Add longan. Chill.
