Chamomile, longan & butterfly pea drink - Sâm hoa cúc, long nhãn và hoa đậu biếc

Chamomile is used to help calm , relieve stress & ease sleep
Ingredients
- 20 g dried chamomile
- 1 l water
- 60 g rock sugar
- 10 pandan leaves
- 10 butterfly peas
- 5 g longan
Instructions
- Soak 20g chamomile (Dried daisies) in water for 15 minutes for blooming. Wash thoroughly. Put in a pot 1 liter of purified water and 10 pandan leaves and bring to boil for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add 10 additional blue peas and leave for 5 minutes. Strain out the leftovers. Add longan. Chill.
