Carrot Cake | Bánh cà rốt

Carrot cake is a type of sweet cake with carrots as one of the main ingredients, creating its distinctive flavor. The cake is topped with a smooth layer of cream cheese frosting on the top, adding a rich and appealing taste.
- 70 ml cooking oil
- 95 g unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 80 g brown sugar
- 300 g carrot shredded
- 70 g walnut chopped
- 180 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- a little salt
- 200 g cream chese room temperature
- 150 g powdered sugar
- For 2 eggs, 80g brown sugar, 70ml cooking oil, 70g unsalted butter, 1 tsp baking soda powder, a little salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder into a bowl, mix well. Gradually sift flour into the bowl, mix the mixture evenly. Add shredded carrots, walnuts into the flour mixture, continue to mix evenly.
- Brush a layer of oil into the mold, sprinkle a little flour to prevent sticking. Pour the mixture into the mold, bake the cake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
- Put cream cheese into a bowl, slowly add sugar, then lightly beat with a mixer until the sauce is smooth, then add 25g unsalted butter and beat evenly to blend.
- After baking, let the cake cool, spread a layer of cream cheese on top. When serving, cut into slices and enjoy.
