- Rub the Black Sesame under water then roast for nice aromat. Add 2 types of roasted peanuts and black sesame to the blender with water. The roasted beans and sesame seeds will make the milk fragrant , while the raw beans will make the milk fat.
- Then remove the residue. Add sugar. Boil.
- Black sesame contains omega 3, vitamin E, ... which promote brain development , help strong bones, reduce kidney stones, suitable for both pregnant mothers and children.
