Kem chuối – Banana ice-cream

Ingredients
- 1 Asian dwarf banana (or Western banana) cut in half crosswise
- 1 tbsp crushed peanuts
- 1 tbsp shredded young coconut
- 1 tbsp coconut sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Insert the banana into a 1-liter plastic bag.
- Use a flat heavy piece of furniture (like a plate or a cutting board) to press the banana flat.
- Spread the shredded young coconut, coconut sauce and crushed peanuts on top of the pressed banana.
- Freeze for 3-5 hours in the freezer or until firm.
