Kem chuối – Banana ice-cream

  • Insert the banana into a 1-liter plastic bag.
  • Use a flat heavy piece of furniture (like a plate or a cutting board) to press the banana flat.
  • Spread the shredded young coconut, coconut sauce and crushed peanuts on top of the pressed banana.
  • Freeze for 3-5 hours in the freezer or until firm.
